In light of the circumstances, we have had to make changes to our domestic flight schedule. All passengers affected by these changes will be contacted. Please note that it can take up to 30 days to process refunds for passengers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in your travel arrangements and appreciate your understanding.
Voucher instead of refund
Passengers who are booked on an Air Iceland Connect flight that is cancelled are entitled to a full refund. Instead of canceling the flight, we offer passengers a voucher that is 15% higher than the refund and is valid for one year from the date of issue. If the passenger accepts this invitation, we kindly request that passengers to fill out this form.
New bookings
Customers who book flights until May 31st 2020 for departures before July 1st 2020, will be able to change their booking without a change fee.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, authorities in both Greenland and Faroe Islands have implemented travel restrictions.
Travel restrictions to Greenland
Greenlandic Authorities have announced travel restrictions to Greenland until June 30th. After that, flights are on schedule but some changes have been made to the summer schedule. Passengers will be notified if their flight has been changed.
Travel restrictions to Faroe Islands
Faroese authorities have announced travel restrictions to the Faroe Islands from March 16 until the 3rd of June. All flights operated by Atlantic Airways have been cancelled during this period. Passengers will be refunded.
